This five-day leadership training program outlines the qualities of a leader. We will focus on the organization, culture, systems and strategies in which leaders work. Emphasis is on effective listening, and both verbal and non-verbal communications that help leaders create open and positive interactions with peers and employees.
New leaders will be challenged to overcome hurdles and recognize opportunities. Participants will learn to manage different interaction styles and how styles change when workers are under stress. We will discuss and apply models for performance management, coaching and conflict resolution.
This program ensures new leaders have practical, usable skills for handling the day-to-day issues they face in a position of leadership.
