Overview

Creativity in the business world results in improvements, new products, new solutions and acceptance of change.

Creativity opens the doors for innovation and empowerment. Both are important elements for business growth and customer loyalty.

This skill-based program breaks creativity into a process of usable components. Participants will practice each phase of the process to generate new ideas and solve problems. After working through the generation process, they will also evaluate new ideas for possible success, and use persuasion to sell their new ideas. Each participant will work on two projects during the session: 1) a group project, and 2) an individual job-specific project.
