Leaders achieve results by integrating the principles of cooperation. Success is based on translating the organization's vision and goals into leadership styles that motivate and direct others.
The Leadership Mastery program focuses on the business of leadership and decision making. This program ensures leaders have core interpersonal skills.
At a fundamental level, leaders need to be strong in planning, organizing and decision making. But they must lead and motivate others to be successful. They need to manage change, provide performance feedback and offer solutions. This holistic skill-building program uses a hands-on, "real-world" business simulation. Leaders will be able to work across matrix structures and share the business vision with their stakeholders.
