Improving Performance A group of instructional designers and certified trainers created SkillTeach^® to offer customers out-of-the-box training programs that have been tested in corporate classrooms and evaluated by experts: the participants.

We recognize the need to adapt a training program to a company's culture. Our objective is always to develop relevant, out-of-the-box, skill-based programs that trainers can further tailor for delivery to their own clients.

Focusing on Outcomes We design facilitator guides and program agendas with the setup support, timing and debriefing reinforcement we know facilitators need for successful program delivery and continued audience engagement.

SkillTeach^® materials have been used successfully by consultants and trainers in all industries including communication, education/higher learning, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, technology, and utilities.

Instructional Design Methodology We use a systematic, proven instructional design methodology. The design of each standard facilitator package begins with detailed analysis. SkillTeach's^® programs target participant levels (individual contributor, manager, executive and supervisor), and address specific performance indicators, competencies and developmental goals.
