A professional presence promotes credibility, increases rapport and builds trust. These factors are often perceived by others and are based on specific behaviors and actions. Proactive service and an attentiveness to timing help to create professional presence.
This program is a forum for individuals to evaluate their communication skills and sense of timing. During the session, the participants will assess the tools they use for communication in specific situations, and measure the effectiveness in their voice mail and e-mail messages. They will also practice adapting to customer needs and be attentive to body language.
