Learn clear-cut ways for dealing with and reporting workplace harassment.
Respect First provides clear-cut ways for dealing with a problem that is often anything but clear-cut. Participants will review situations to determine the difference between behavior that is friendly and behavior that constitutes harassment. The program will explain laws and policies that govern harassment in the workplace and provides a step-by-step process for reporting and resolving workplace harassment situations.
