Managing Behavior Styles (Two-day)

Overview

Knowing one's behavior style and aligning it to the behavior styles of others creates common ground. Working relationships become more collaborative and productivity increases.

This program is designed around the concept that all people fall into predictable patterns of behavior, which are defined as behavior styles. Once a behavior style is identified, individuals adjust their way of interacting with others for maximum impact. Participants will complete an Interaction Style® profile assessment to understand their own behavior style. Once they know their own style, they will practice identifying the behavior styles of others and apply strategies to create common ground.
